How Stride Works

Step 1:

Create an account on StridePro. Organisations can create multiple users under one parent account.

Step 2:

Add clients and acquire kits on their behalf or generate a custom purchase link from within StridePro. Alternatively, purchase test kits in bulk for direct distribution.

Step 3:

Client receives the test kit and instructions to collect their sample and return it to our UK-based lab using the pre-paid postage label.

Step 4:

Samples are processed at our UKAS-accredited, in-house laboratory. Results are made available both on client account portals and your StridePro dashboard.

Step 5:

Integrate client results to create hyper-personalised diet and fitness plans, treatment programmes, or wellbeing strategies.

Step 6:

Track progress within StridePro and review programme effectiveness by re-testing clients' microbiome and bloods overtime.
